Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression can be isolating, overwhelming, and deeply misunderstood. Often, they show up quietly—through restlessness, fatigue, irritability, or withdrawal—before we even recognize what’s happening. You might feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or a persistent heaviness that makes daily life feel harder than it should.

Anxiety tends to keep us living in the future—worried about what might happen, trying to control outcomes, or constantly bracing for something to go wrong. Depression, on the other hand, often pulls us into the past—grieving what we’ve lost, feeling disconnected from ourselves or others, or questioning our worth.

Both can create a sense of disconnection from your life and your sense of self. And while these experiences are common, they are also deeply personal. No two people feel them in exactly the same way.

Therapy offers a space to gently slow down, tune in, and begin to understand what your anxiety or depression may be trying to tell you. These feelings are not signs of weakness—they are signals. Together, we can explore the roots of what you’re feeling, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and build tools for navigating life with more steadiness and self-compassion.

Healing doesn’t always mean “fixing” yourself—it can mean learning how to carry things differently, with more ease and less fear. If you're ready to begin that work, I’m here to walk alongside you.
